    Judith Beck's work helped me a lot, as I probably said before. I ignore all her advice about planning what I will eat in detail, and adhering to a calorie limit, of course, but her strategies of sitting down, savoring my food, and lots of the statements for helping to replace the permissive thinking to overeat have been invaluable. Keep up your mantra! emoticon

    Don't know whether you joined No S because you saw my testimonial or not, but I have found it to be the best program for dealing with bingeing, though it can take awhile. But what doesn't? It really can fit into just about any requirements. It really doesn't take all day to come up with three meals. That's just one of the beauties of it! The team here on Spark is quite tiny and not terribly active. If you need more input, I highly recommend the official No S site, but we'll do the best we can here on Spark, too. emoticon
