Today is a new day and a new chance to feel great! Aside from losing those unwanted pounds, exercising and eating clean makes me feel like I am truly being kind to myself. The old ways of feeling bad and mistaking it for feeling like me are changing. Just for today or for the next few hours even let's be kind to us and feed us nourishing food and be really nice to us.
