Hi Sandy! I have CRPS too. I joined Spark just recently as my weight and all those numbers doctors like were creeping up to the point where I was going to have to deal with additional health issues and I just don't have the energy for diabetes on top of everything else, you know? So here I am trying to figure out how to reverse that trend without losing my ability to cope with CRPS at the same time. Tricky! Just wondering what types of exercise you do. I did more walking yesterday and today going to doctor appointments and my feet, knees, hips and back are screaming in pain because of it.
I think I should exercise, even sitting exercise videos, more. Like every day. instead of every week. Lazy holding me back. Pixie luscious suggested doing today things our future self will thank us for. Got to change my lazy ways.
