The Long Road

I noticed so many people have their goals listed and note when they are achieved - I really like that and want to post up some goals... if you want to read my "story" then scroll on down :)

Starting weight 262.8 - May 1st 2009

Goals to reach:

237.8 - 25 pound loss - DONE!!!
212.8 - 50 pound loss - earning new bras :)
199.8 ONEderland - 63 pound loss - pedicure
187.8 - 75 pound loss - earning a full body massage
162.8 - 100 pound ...

237.8 - 25 pound loss - DONE!!!
212.8 - 50 pound loss - earning new bras :)
199.8 ONEderland - 63 pound loss - pedicure
187.8 - 75 pound loss - earning a full body massage
162.8 - 100 pound loss - earning a new pair of sneakers
152.8 - 110 pound loss - earning a Polar F11 (currently have an F4)
142.8 - 120 pound loss - earning new bras again :)
130 - GOAL and 132.8 pound loss - earning a real vacation

I will choose to re-evaluate my goal to see if I am ready to really go for it and take it to the next level (110)

The beginning of my journey actually started on September 15th 2008 - my 45th birthday. I realized I needed to make a change and started researching what I wanted to do. At that time I took control over my health - not yet my weight though.

Beginning in May of 2009, I finally saw a doc about my weight and to get put on a good program (none of those shots, pills, 500 calories plans etc). It's been going strong ever since, the only difference is I don't see the doc for the program anymore (saving my money there). I'm eating clean(er), exercising, and completely changing my outlook on everything!

My Goals:
I'm looking at my next birthday to be a thinner, healthier, me.

Things I will strive for:
*be consistent with exercise
*start jogging!
*clean eating

My Program:
My program is simple. It's a lifestyle change. I am eating below my maintenance calorie limit, exercising to create a deficit, and eating good foods that are closer to whole foods.

Personal Information:
Married with three kids (20, 15, 14) - working full time and still finding time to take care of ME!
