im eating all the right good foods and tracking steps. its so hard to lose any wt. when you get in your sixtys and have hip problems. 2 years ago i fell at work and didnt break the hip but damaged it. im retired just working around the yard and house. but i do track my steps my goal was 10000 and on occasion i get that but my average a week is only 6000 steps.
now im just trying to stay healthy by eating the right foods and getting some exercise everyday.
no hfcs in my life. no aspartame. lots of veggies,little meat. exercise: riding my bike with manny,swimming, bad minton with manny, weights at gym. focus on my arthritis to feel better be pain free.
drink water at least 8 cups a day. weigh in once a week. follow sparkpeople and weight watchers they work good together. exercise 3 days maybe 4 a week. get out and go places with manny camping etc.
