The best advice I have is to start slow and know that as you are sore from working out, it will get better. Know that the sore muscles will eventually turn into strong muscles. And this might sound a little crazy at first, but if you stick with it, you'll understand what I mean when I say that eventually you will crave those sore muscles! If you overdo it, yes, it will be a great pain. But if you do just the right amount, you will see that it's just a little sore reminder that you're putting those muscles to good use and they will only get stronger from there!!
