Hi. My name is Sandy. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful boys. My youngest DS was born on June 2, 2008 and has autism. I gained about 50 pounds during this pregnancy. I am left with almost 30 that i need to lose. I want to get fit and have muscles!

My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight and tone up. Get back into my 12's.

I am exercising 30-60 minutes a day and following a clean eating plan to consume lots of protein. Mostly Body Pump classes.

Thanks for the friend add. (((Hugs))) for the sweet words on my blog. Really made me smile. I am proud to say that I wear those jeans without feeling uncomfortable now. Finally!!!

(you'll need to copy and paste the link) I also did a few blogs along the way. One thing I always want to say is try not to compare your progress to anyone elses. Our bodies are all different. I started the challenge right after I signed up for Spark. I didn't even read anyone else's results because I didn't want to get sucked into them. I think that helped me get through it. Ya know what I mean? I was stronger and healthier and that's what mattered to me.

It is great to have another person doing it along side me. Woohoo! We can do it!!! I'm here for you if you have any questions. I modify here and there because of equipment and food allergies. Listen to your body and ENJOY!
