Going beyond satisfied

Satisfied is such a non-commital word. It's an easy out and an excuse for not setting concrete goals.
For the first time, I am working on a concrete goal of getting to a certain weight and being honest with myself about how I feel once I'm there. I will not lie to myself and tell myself that I should forget perfection and be satisfied with progress. I know exactly the feeling I want to feel and I will never use the word satisfactory to describe it.

My Goals:
Balance. Pride. Confidence.

My Program:
Regular exercise has never been an issue. I discovered long ago that it's easier to workout than to deprive myself of food. But that in itself is just an excuse to indulge. I am tired of not seeing the fruits of my labour, of undoing the hard work. The Food Tracker is going to make me accountable and aware of how much is going in. I want to see the Pilates body that I'm sculpting under all of this food and drink.

Personal Information:
I am an American-born Canadian living in Belgium. I have 2 little girls; I work as an IT consultant and moonlight as an aerobics instructor. In my spare time I run a small home-based Pilates studio.

Hi Sandy,
I just went through my spark mail and realized I never responded to your message back in April. I'm really sorry about that. emoticon

I hope you're doing well and seeing some positive results.
