My Fitness Journey

Welcome to my fitness journey. Hi, I'm Sandy. I'm a 66 and trying to get fit and healthy. I have at least 100 pounds to lose. I have high blood pressure and arthritis in my knees. Right now walking is all the cardio I can do. I would like to do a 5K walk for our Church youth group.

My Goals:
1. To read my Bible daily
2. Do 10 min of cardio or ST
3. To track all my food
4. To walk at least 3500 steps a day
5. To be able to get up from the floor after playing with my grand daughter.

My Program:
a low salt diet. No processed meats, check labels for sodium count. Track all my food.

Personal Information:
I'm from NW Indiana. I am married 18 years. I have an adult daughter and a 6 mo grand daughter. I have an adult step daughter with 2 boys, 19 and 16. I have 2 adult step sons. We also have 2 dogs and 3 kittens.
