My Goals:
To be an ab model when I am 60!

Until then to to be consistent with my exercise even when I don't want to.

To be aware of what and how much goes into my mouth and not let guilt or a bad day be an excuse to give up.

Weightloss is a lifetime change.

My Program:
Walk consistently. Sign up for 5k walks for motivation. Eat healthier and be aware of what is going in my mouth.


My program when I lost 75 pounds...
I am in the gym 6 days a week. 20-30 every morning cardio and weight training 3 days a week. I eat what I want (don't do diets very well) but eat alot less of it.

Hi Sandy-thanks for the skates...the last time I laced up, I was teaching 3rd graders & broke my arm after only 2 laps!!! I'll stick to walking, hiking, or biking... emoticon
