My goal is to lose 50 more pounds and to be physically fit by exercising a minimus of 5 days a week. I will devote more time to my self improvement goals.
My exercise time will be any time I find. I will record every bite that goes into my mouth.
I am from Schoolcraft, Michigan. I recently retired from a job where I monitored things and did a lot of sitting. I worked a lot of night time overtime. My kids are going to college at Adrian and Western and I have more time than ever to devote to my health goals.
I love to read books and magazines. I enjoy reading web sites that deal with health and nutrition. I bought a bike this summer and love riding around the country side,
