When do I take care of me?

My challenge is that I work until 10pm five nights a week. I get home and eat to unwind even if I'm not truly hungry. I can great wonderful all day, comfortable sized healthy meals. Then 10:15pm I'm home find tired And not ready for bed. Too late to exercise. Too tired to read. Often too tired to want to deal with showering. I eat and sometimes have a beer and that makes me want to eat more then around midnight go to bed. It's ruining many a great day eating and exercising. My goal is ...

My Goals:
Relax after late nights working.

Regular exercise - for real not just saying it. But doing and loving it!

My Program:
My daily dietary agreements

1200 calories
3 meals per day 21-28g protein per meal
3 meals per day no more than 40g carbs per meal
No more than 20g sugar per day
Minimum 35g fiber per day
Light snack no later than 7:30pm to include brown grain
Supplements include:
Calcium chew
Zinc
Chromium
Multi-vitamin
Benefiber
Psyllium husk
4 omega 3 capsules
1 hr walking plus strength training 5-7 days per week
