My Goals:
My goal is to lose 35lbs, improve my health for a longer life. Thus far I feel better, look better and I get a lot of compliments.

My Program:
What I do to meet my goal is use my stationary bike on a daily basis for 45-60 minutes on a high impact program, walk, eat less, virtually no sweets.

Hi Carrie. I saw your post on the newcomer's message board. You know, it is very easy to lose your way, especially during the dog days of summer. Folks tend to get busy with their families, or it's too darned hot to exercise. Whatever the case, you are worth fighting for! You can continue and achieve your goals and then some. You don't have to do it all at once, but a little exercise is better than no exercise all day any day of the week! Remember that this is a lifestyle change, and not a diet. Some days are better than others, but I strongly believe that you can and will find your way again. And more importantly, YOU KNOW IT! Now go get it, girl. Take no prisoners!

Hey Sandy,

Nice to know that I am not the only one trying to get those last few pounds off. Had friends over for dinner Saturday and blew it again, but I was only up a few ounces from dinner and having beers, so I was pretty thrilled.

If I can just get to my goal weight, I can allow myself a few pounds here and there. I only have 5 pounds to go for goal weight. Any advice.
