WORKOUT 5/7

Day one: Aerobics, (Elliptical) + upper Body

Day 2: Aerobics, (Gazelle) + low body parts

Day 3: Aerobics, + Tire Flip

Day 4: walking (20 minutes)

Day 5: Aerobics, + Sledge Hammer

Day 6: Walking (20 minutes)
Day 7 : off
