I have been getting into crafts, mainly country/primitive/farm type crafts and small furniture. My husband and I do a few craft shows and people seem to like what we do.

goal 25 pounds = 320 DONE! July 18th 2014
goal 20 pounds = 300

Motivation is a big issue lately. Hopefully with better weather, that will help too.

Stay in calorie range.

Drink water and more water and more water and some sugar free lemonade.

Stay away from white food (sugar, flour, salt)

Personal Information:
Im 45. I work in a pharmacy, am a mom of 2 grown kids. Scared of letting go. I love reading, people watching, watching shows like House Hunters, Storage Wars, American Pickers...and playing cards. Have grown to really like primitive crafts.

Other Information:
I have a dog, a yorkie-poo...super smart.....AZZ. lol Plus a corgi that drives me nuts.

Ummm...just an average person getting by the best way I can.

Thanks for your note .... working too many hours for a part-time position but am averaging at least 2-4 miles of steps each day that I am there. Holding steady on the weight so on 1 June I am going to begin my EDIT -- not a DIET but an EDIT; changing up my eating habits and going to cut my calorie intake. Will see how that will help!
