My Program:
I've decided to do some major home refurbishments. This includes new floors, painting etc. I expect the exercise involved should help towards strength building & kg loss. Plus I love my areobics tapes and my DDR (dance, dance revolution).

Personal Information:
I live on the Gold Coast and love it. I want to drop some weight and get fitter as my husband & I are hoping to start a family soon.

When we feel the satisfaction of accomplishment we are motivated to take on new challenges. Knowing that the attention and resources weve channeled into a certain goal have brought us success gives us the confidence we need to take on more responsibilities. We also have a greater understanding of our own personal strengths, and that knowledge enables us to make good choices about the plans we make, the tasks we take on, and the new goals we wish to set for ourselves. We are ushered along by the momentum of our own success, and greater success naturally manifests as a result. Use todays accomplishments to fuel you into action by taking on more endeavors, and you will enjoy still greater achievements.
