My Goals:
My goals are all so simple such as wanting to be healthy and be able to move easily. I want to look attractive to my husband and be confident with my friends. I want to exercise because it is good for me and not because I am trying to be thinner.

My Program:
Make simple and small changes. Try not to eat bad things late in the evening. Try walking or biking a few minutes each day. Try to eat more fruits and veggies. And most important, keep a positive attitude and DON'T give up is each day doesn't go just the way it should. Keep going instead of quitting like I have done in the past when I have tried to lose weight.

Personal Information:
My name is Judy. I am from northern lower Michigan and love it here for the change of seasons. Now that I am older I love going to Florida for a few weeks in the winter, mostly because I have a daughter down there and 4 grandchildren and love to visit them. I have 1 daughter and son here in Michigan and 6 grandchildren here. They are all a joy and I love being a grandmother. My husband passed away several years ago and three years ago I met and married a man from England that is just as wonderful as the first man I was married to. I still don't know how I was so fortunate. He was never married so we have both learned how to be married again. I think I fell in love with the English accent first then the man himself. He is a retired school teacher so is full of fun stories of his school years. He has run into many health problems but it has never stopped his wonderful outlook on life. He has kidney failure and is on dialysis 3 times a week and also diabetes and has lost his l

I own a tanning salon and my husband, daughter and son come down and help out when I need them. I love to read Danielle Steel books. I love to garden and have flower beds. I LOVE TO DANCE.
