my 40th B day is in 11 months and I want to be down 25+ lbs.

My goals.
Cardio 3 x a week

Weights 3 x a week

H20 3 - 4 liters a day

1 Family activity a week ie. walking, hiking, biking, rock climbing

Pilates 2 - 3 x a week.

keeping track of my food intake as well as my fitness.

Personal Information:
Mom of 2 beautiful kids. Great hubby. 38 yrs old and looking forward to an improved me. I am an hour glass figure and I am learning to embrace it rather than be embarrassed by it. Tuning into my inner Ms. Monroe. ;D

thanks for reading my blog...I don't do makeup or mani/pedi things so I needed something I would actually use/need and I definitely am going to need some new clothes once I lose the rest of the weight...wish I had bought cards when I started at 248...I would have a nice chunk saved up by now!
