New Year, New Me

There's been so many changes in my life in the past couple of years, that I haven't had a whole lot of time to work on myself. With a big move overseas coming up, and a family member's wedding to attend in the Spring, it's time to get cracking and reach these goals that I have set for myself!

My Goals:
To lose about 85lbs, which would bring me down to approximately 140lbs.

My Program:
I'm following the SP diet plan and using the workout videos on You Tube from both SP and other sources. I also use the Beachbody "Slim in 6" DVD's because they offer a GREAT whole body workout, even if they can be a little mundane after a while!

Personal Information:
I'm an Aussie girl living in the USA at the moment, however, myself, my husband and kids are getting ready to move back to Australia next month, which we're really excited about!
