Striving to lose the weight once and for all!

Hi everybody, I'm Sandra. I've been overweight for the majority of my life and its time that things change! I seem to lose weight fairly easily. My only problem is that I seem to have trouble staying motivated. Anyone with ideas on keeping the motivation high is welcomed to share with me! ;o)

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose 100 lbs total. I was halfway my goal before a few occurances (good ones) happened this year and threw me off. My immediate goal is to get my mental focus back on track and once that's done everything else will fall in line ;o).

My Program:
I do some type of aerobic activity for 45 - 60 mins 5 - 6 times a week, whether it be an aerobics class or the treadmill or the eliptical.

I strength train 3-5 times a week working different body parts each time.

I aim to eat between 1200 and 1400 calories per day and drink at least 64 ozs of water per day.

Hi!! I have been MIA for years and still dealing with this weight struggle but I think I got it down mentally now!! I think I "get it" and why I have not been truly successful... I hope all is well! :)

Week 4 Fitness Minute Challenge: 275 minutes

It's not too late to get started on the St. Patrick's Day Challenge. You still have 2 weeks to kick your weight loss effots in to gear and lose up to 5 pounds in 2 weeks. Let's do this!! Commit to 275 FM this week. I look at it this way, that's just 5 days of 45 minutes during the week, and then slip in 25 minutes before updating on Saturday. We will keep adding minutes each week. If you are already consistently exercising 275 minutes a week, challenge yourself to do another 50 minutes this week.

Tell your Spark Buddies to get in on the challenge! Spread the Spark!

Hello! Checking in on you! Today is February 1st. Time to reassess and recommit. Get on the emoticon . Pull out the emoticon and measure your success. Update your progress in Physically Healthy and Trim Sistaz new Weight and Weight Loss Message Board!
