do it sandra do it!!! i did and promise u can too as long as you push yourself and are diligent... just push yourself everyday even harder than you thought you could, its wild what we are capable of as long as we are willing to sweat for it! its not impossible thinking that only kept me unhealthy for 20yrs but now im so thankful i changed my life :) keep doing it the right way!

just want to say hello and welcome aboard! the weight lost process is sometimes slow and at times can be very unsatisfactory! but perseverance will see you thru. yes, i have been there and before i noticed weight lost i began to see inches melt. do not give up the results will come!
