One of my passion is learning about nutrition & fitness. I would love to own a top of the line fitness facility one day. I am a tremendous animal lover and advocate. To be outdoors with my Husband and dog in the sun especially by the ocean or hicking is where I'm most happy on hot summer days.
This is my chance to gain back control of my life and body. No more exhaustion, Fibro pain or out of control eating! My attitude has changed and I'm ready!

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to feel great about myself! I have always been able to get back to being fit. Now not so easy. I will strive to loose the excess weight I have put on by sitting at my desk all day. To be 124 lbs. again! 15-20lbs to loose...

March 1st 148 lbs.
April 1st 148 lbs.
May 1st 145 lbs.
June 1st 137 lbs.
July 1st 133 lbs.
August 1st 129 lbs.
Just in Time for SUMMER!

My Program:
My goal is to walk, walk and walk some more! At the park with my dog, on the treadmill and around the neighborhood.
I Love pilates workouts and strength training with weights. Not so much on the cardio-blahhhh.
Goal: Loose a total of 20lbs.

Personal Information:
I love animals! I wish I could just be with my pets all day long. They are so loyal and make very good listeners-They do talk back! I live by the Shore so I love the beach, my husband and reading just about anything I can.

Other Information:
*James Paterson fan all the way!
*Love to watch movies of any kind. Addicted to CSI, House, Bones, Criminal Minds and any kind of mystery shows.
*I would love to get back into my painting and drawing again. A passion I have since let go.
*boating & the beach!

    I eat a lot- LOL! but I am on a no sweets and no cheats (meals that is) kick- and it will be day 18 today!

    We have the same goals- I am trying to get back down into the 120's- 125 sounds nice to me!!!

    I am following a program called "crack the fat loss code"- check it out at the library if you want! I am thinking its just what I need to hit my goal.... so far so good-

    you need to eat more LOL! I know you know it- try and eat more protein- make sure its lean and not processed too- I eat like you VEGGIES VEGGIES- but I find when I add the protein- like 4 1/2 oz instead of just 3- it kicks my cals up- :)

    Hey! Good to hear from you! How's everythign going? My due date is March 23rd (a girl). I'm doing OK, starting to slow down a bit. And swelling like crazy - :-(

    I saw you joined the Cathe team - have you done any of her workouts? I love her stuff. Lots of it is advanced and I have to take breaks - but I think she pushes me the most of fitness DVDs. Of course, I'm not doing any of hers now - but thinking about the day when I start getting back into shape! I want to check out her new cardio shock dvds.
