I am doing a 12 week PUSH starting today- check in with me if you like- I have a feeling this is gonna ROCK! no sweets and no cheat meals- and I am gonna workout and follow a pretty strict plan!! I AM SO STINKIN EXCITED!!!

I eat a lot- LOL! but I am on a no sweets and no cheats (meals that is) kick- and it will be day 18 today!
We have the same goals- I am trying to get back down into the 120's- 125 sounds nice to me!!!
I am following a program called "crack the fat loss code"- check it out at the library if you want! I am thinking its just what I need to hit my goal.... so far so good-
you need to eat more LOL! I know you know it- try and eat more protein- make sure its lean and not processed too- I eat like you VEGGIES VEGGIES- but I find when I add the protein- like 4 1/2 oz instead of just 3- it kicks my cals up- :)
Hey! Good to hear from you! How's everythign going? My due date is March 23rd (a girl). I'm doing OK, starting to slow down a bit. And swelling like crazy - :-(
I saw you joined the Cathe team - have you done any of her workouts? I love her stuff. Lots of it is advanced and I have to take breaks - but I think she pushes me the most of fitness DVDs. Of course, I'm not doing any of hers now - but thinking about the day when I start getting back into shape! I want to check out her new cardio shock dvds.
