I am in my 60's and want to reach my 80's perhaps 90's with decent health. In order to do this is need to lose about 30lbs and get fitter through regular exercise.

My goal is to drop 35 lbs and keep it off. I don't think this can be done overnight so will be very pleased to see 1-2lbs go per week with proper diet and exercise.
