Hi, I wanted to join because I need to lose a lot of weight. I have been over weight for a long time and have tryed to lose weight in the past with the support of others. It never really worked out because I couldn't find people as motivated or more motivated then me. I have been diagnosed with PCOS. It is a condition that is making it too hard to have a baby. I saw your message about being hungry and feeling starving.

You can accomplish your weight loss goal, and I'd like to help you.

Remember: you are establishing an eating plan that will work for you for the remainder of your life, not just during a weight loss phase.

Make a list of "healthy" foods that you already love, and eat large, large quantities of those to fill you up. For me, that list is green beans, cucumbers, stawberries, and apples. I have others, too. What's your list?

What is your eating strategy for today and tonight?
