I felt bad that it looked like I was keeping my "new plan" a secret because *I* wasn't ready to talk about it. I am not ready to talk about it just because I don't know if I am going to be able to keep it up very long, I also don't know how well it's working because it's only been 2 weeks. But then I had a few people ask about it, and I didn't mean for it to be a secret. So I just wanted to let you know it's the Carb Nite Solution. There's an overview of it here:

I will however, gently remind everyone that I lost 85 pounds eating whatever I wanted but strictly counting calories. I have only been on this for 2 weeks, so this has nothing to do with my "successful weight loss". emoticon emoticon I will also just add the plan says not to count calories, but I still count all my calories and stay in range.

I've been free at Weight Watchers for more than 5.5 years now. I do pay for my nephew, though, and for us it is worth it. I would not have gotten to BMI 21 with WW only, though. SparkPeople got me to a weight I truly love, but WW got me started and down to a healthy weight. Best wishes for finding exactly the combination of things you need to live your best life!! -Marsha
