Working toward weight loss

Hello. I have been on this site for two months. I am having a hard time with my menu. Marking down what I eat. I am on a low carb diet. I have lost about 47 lbs on this. Now I want to change to a 1200 cal. diet where I can add different foods to my plan.I weigh 195 now. I am 5' 1 " tall. It is hard for me to write down what I eat. If anyone has any ideas on how to make this eaiser. Please help me out.
