Daily Pounds
One day at a time.......I wish weight lose could be faster! It was such great fun putting on the pounds but it is hell taking them off. Why's that? I'm Mike and my wife and I live in the Pacific Northwest. The three children are grown and gone now and we have our first grandchild.....that we adore......life is good.
