hi,
i'm interested in using this program since i've allowed my weight to creep up over the last few years and now i want it GONE! :) but i'm sad to say i'm really under-motivated, i loathe exercise and for the first time in years my self- esteem is really suffering. I know i'm smart, loved by all my family and friends, and that MY values are not determined by my dress size, however, that's how the world judges and it bothers me. I'm ready to move forward, but don't quite know where to ...

Thanks for stopping by my page. Yes, we can get impatient about losing baby weight. Thanks for reminding me that it took 9 months to get this way, I should allow myself at least that much time to work it off. :-)

You say you hate exercise... lots of us do *LOL*. But you ask where to start?
10 minutes a day! Small steps help.... so start with a 10 minute walk, climb steps for 10 minutes, walk the dog if you have one... just 10 minutes a day to start. If the weather is bad there a lots of dvds for a walking program, many you can check out from your local library to see which one you like before you buy it. Just start.... You are here, so it shows you want to do something.
