Sometimes in weight loss we must problem solve. Just wanted to drop in & check on you! We are going to focus on October, today, this day, this moment!! Make the most of each day & get back into the groove of things. I am working on re-transitioning myself & re-positioning myself each day. You can do the same.
I am asking you to write out your goals for this month & then I want you to write a weekly goal chart (you can do this on the computer or write it on a piece of paper) but I want you to post it on the refrigerator & take one to work with you (post on your desk or carry in your purse). I want you to be accountable to yourself daily. This is like a chart that I have for my son's chores chart but instead I am making a "Self Chart" of things to accomplish each day & at the end of each day check them off! I hope you will join me in this!
