I am done with nursing school!!!! Im a RN now

Ok so no more joke I have a six months 100lbs challenged..I did it before and I can do it again so here I go.... I am 342lbs today and I blame it all on my stressfull emotional eating It was so stressful my senior year in nursing school my spark friends i gained over 60lbs because of my stress eating. I would eat all hours of the night while studying...i didnt care what i ate I just wanted to stay up and study. Now its over and I am ready to focus on me. I have to be a healthy nurse so that I ...

I would eat all hours of the night while studying...i didnt care what i ate I just wanted to stay up and study. Now its over and I am ready to focus on me. I have to be a healthy nurse so that I can set an example for my family, my friends and my patients.


1. I will follow a 1500 calorie diet
2. I will workout 5dys a week (mix it up with my tainer and my favorite cardio machines)
3. I will drink o yeah I WILL DRINK more than 64oz of water per day
4. I will eat 6 small meals

Happy Friday emoticon !!! How was your week? I hope it went well for you and you are meeting your goals emoticon We have to keep working our goals and if it isn’t working tweak them so they can work for us. Sometimes in weight loss we must problem solve. We must analyze our eating (by tracking) and make sure we are getting enough daily exercise emoticon emoticon (by setting goals) in an effort to get rid of our unwanted pounds emoticon We don’t have much time left in this year so lets make it count Let’s kick so butt emoticon

Hey Vivacious Diva!!!

Just wanted to drop in & check on you! We are going to focus on October, today, this day, this moment!! Make the most of each day & get back into the groove of things. I am working on re-transitioning myself & re-positioning myself each day. You can do the same.


I am asking you to write out your goals for this month & then I want you to write a weekly goal chart (you can do this on the computer or write it on a piece of paper) but I want you to post it on the refrigerator & take one to work with you (post on your desk or carry in your purse). I want you to be accountable to yourself daily. This is like a chart that I have for my son's chores chart but instead I am making a "Self Chart" of things to accomplish each day & at the end of each day check them off! I hope you will join me in this!
