Hi my name is Beth and I live in Philadelphia.
That is not me in the pic to the left but what I want to look like when I get to my goal weight. I also like the bathing suit. I have been dieting on and off for many years. Losing some and gaining some. I have weight 120 pounds since i was 15. In 05 I moved in with my bf and the weight just started coming on. I joined SP in late January and have lost a couple of pounds. I am looking to lose 20 by May 1st. Good luck to everyone else ...

My Goals:
To lose 20 pounds by May. To exercise more and not only lose weight but to get in shape too.

My Program:
I have given up soda and juice and replacing them with water. I have given up alcohol on the weekdays, and do not eat after 8:00pm. The things I crave I do not give up I just eat them in moderation.

Personal Information:
My name is Beth and I live in Philadelphia. I am a secretary for a Construction company. I really hope I can shed some pounds by the summer so I can fit into a bikini. I would like to lose at least a couple of pounds by Valentine's Day.

Other Information:
I love reading. My favorite Authors are Mary Higgins Clark and Nicholas Sparks. I also love to go shopping and dining out.

hey, i saw you on the "addicted to peanut butter" forum--and dude, i've been through the same thing (just constantly dipping back in the jar, except using a teaspoon makes servings smaller--3 tsp=1 tbsp).

anyway, i was looking at your page and 120 was totally my "plateau" weight for a long time--and then i gained 15+ pounds over the years! i was wondering, how tall are you, and what kind of things have you done to lose the weight so far?
