The Start of a New Beginning

It's a new beginning, though its near the middle of the year. To me, its January 1. I am going to do something about my weight. I'm not going to procrastinate, i'm going to do it. Shoot, i'm doing it. I lost 4 pounds the first week and in my head, things will only get better.

if you do gold gym cardio workout the exerbeat boxing is about the same I think
