Help Me, Cosmia!

I haven't updated this things in almost five years. I've had my ups and downs. I became pregnant in January of 2010 and by the time my lovely son Frederik was born in September of 2010, I had sky-rocketed back up to 210 pounds. In the summer of 2012, I decided to get back on track with my weight loss and managed to get down to the 150s.

My lowest weight was 134 in January of 2013 but when I entered a new relationship in February of 2013, my weight slowly jumped back up to 142. Now ...

just sort of stumbeled on your page and saw all of your sucess, i hope your still doing an amazing job! This weight loss stuff is hard, but at the same time can be very motivating when you keep loosing! Congrats AND good luck =0)

Good on ya mate! Hehe.
I'm still stuck at 165 and trying not to let it depress me.
I'm working on sticking to my 3x a week HIIT and 3x a week strength training, and worrying a little less about every morsel I eat. (I still eat really healthy though .)
Do you do yoga booty ballet? I see your part of that team and I was thinking of trying it.
And look.. my pretty face.. its HERE. heehee.

Very soon you'll be passing me and getting even smaller!
I"m stuck where I am..but trying not to let it get me down.
I'm still trying to keep motivated to do exercise..but I've fallen off that wagon for 2 weeks.
I'll be back on though.. :D
Congrats on your current weight!!! That's just AWESOME!
