I am tired of being the girl that could be a model if she wasn't fat. I want to be more healthy, happy, and not so tired all the time. I would like to use SP as a chance to meet other people with similar problems and hang ups, so they know they aren't alone! I want to be a positive influence on other women who are overcoming and battling eating disorders, because I have been there and there is hope for the future. I set realistic goals, and have hopes for myself, and really only want to be a better ME!!
To lose 50 lbs, and be more comfortable in clothes (and out of them...like a swimsuit, gutterbrains!). To be able to buy clothes that aren't XL or 1X (even 2X). To wake up in the morning feeling better, and not be so tired and worn out, but motivated to exercise. To encourage other women and girls to love their bodies and promote self esteem!
Eating 1300-1700 CAL/DAY
Actually paying attention to those calories!
Keeping a Food Journal
Eating a real Breakfast and Lunch, not just a HUGE dinner.
30-60 minutes exercise (Walking) at least 4 days a week.
Making this a way of life, and not a DIET, so that I am not discouraged, or feeling deprived.
I am a wife and a student. I also work full time...so if I can do this, I think anyone can. I also think that by doing this I will make those things so much easier! I am a good friend, a good ear, and someone who loves to laugh, and cry. I am also a believer in the importance of being confident and loving yourself in spite of your flaws and yes, I admit I have flaws...
I didn't necessarily come here to make friends, but I am easygoing, friendly and a people person, so I am open to making new friends. If you want encouragement and someone that knows how hard this is to talk to, I am here. I am constantly running around between work, school, and home...but I will always answer.
