Journey to Healthy Lifestyle

Living in Canada with husband, 3 children and Goldendoodle while working as supply Educational Assistant for two school boards. Recently hosted second One SMALL Step for Prader-Willi Syndrome. Struggling with aging, hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia, B12 deficiency, chrondomalacia patella, and a lack of motivation. Being tested for Celiac disease so want to change diet to eliminate glutens.

Choose any member of the team. Using the beach ball goodie, "throw" it to them. That person then throws it to any other member of the team.

thanks! yeah, housework sure feels like a workout for me, I'm so out of shape.. just not sure if i should really count it as fitness minutes.. or if I was cheating by counting it. haha
