*Add veggies, fruits and chicken breast on my diet.

*Exercise (cardio) - 4x a week

*Lift weights 3x a week

Favorite books: The Secret, The Power, Live in a better way by the Dalai Lama, The Power of Now, A New Earth, etc. Im also sucker for fashion magazines like cosmopolitan, preview, mega, metro, LOOK.

Favorite movies: The Devil Wears Prada, Sex and the City, etc.

Thanks for the friend add. I've just added you back. I see we have something in common - eating several small meals throughout the day.

My husband calls me a "rabbit" since he says I'm always eating. That's an exaggeration, but I don't like to feel empty. I wilt like a flower without water. So healthy snacks are always available.
