Heather's weight loss journey 2010

I've been a member of this site for a really long time. And have not stuck with it. I hadn't lost a significant amount of weight, but I also hadn't gained any so I was ok with where I was.
Until the past couple months.
I moved across the country, away from my family and friends, to go to school. And while this is my dream and I am super happy to be doing it, it was apparently more stressful than I thought. I have gained ALOT of weight in the past 5 months, and now face the ...

My Goals:
Get down to 190 by June! This is my first goal for my weight loss. I have no idea where I want to end up...

My Program:
Eat better, work out more!
I know all of the theory behind weightloss, but it's actually putting it into practice that is the challenge.
I'm focussing on including cardio 3x per week, portion control & drinking my water.

hey wats up, my name is Mo and im a new member. im turning 22 in august and live in the US and i too major in the health field. i am pretty disappointed with the past few years and the way that my health has effected me. i dont know about you but i have tried to lose the weight numerous times and have been unsuccessful. a really good tip that i received just today actually is setting small goals. maybe diet for 5 days and then on the weekend be a little more lenient with my food, so on and so forth. im going to try it out. anyway, i hope this time you find the motivation necessary to reach your goal.
