My Goals:
My goals well they are pretty simple...to get to the root of my over eating...

The one thing I've learned over the years diets don't work you have to change the way you eat smaller portions leaner foods...exercise.

I want to be 199 by my birthday next year...if I don't meet it I won't beat myself up but I sure as heck will try my hardest to achieve it :)

My Program:
*portion control
*eat healthier
*Workout 30 min minimum daily want to 60-90 min a day

Personal Information:
I'm from Eastern NC...oh yes the beautiful beaches

My friends and family are my life

I have a full time job that I love

I laugh a lot I sing like an idiot all the time and I love to dance.
