day 1: preparation is not procrastination!

I am 5 foot 7 tall, and currently weigh in at 10 stone 12lbs. That might not be fat to you, and I might not look overweight when I'm dressed thanks to control pants and artful layering, yet when I'm stood in front of the mirror in my underpants, I look... wobbly. Massive muffin top, domed tubby belly swell, cottage cheese ass, and, something odd is happening to my arms -- small pouches of fat in the space betwixt bra strap and armpit crease. It looks odd in vests. So, no more. I need to ...
I am 5 foot 7 tall, and currently weigh in at 10 stone 12lbs. That might not be fat to you, and I might not look overweight when I'm dressed thanks to control pants and artful layering, yet when I'm stood in front of the mirror in my underpants, I look... wobbly. Massive muffin top, domed tubby belly swell, cottage cheese ass, and, something odd is happening to my arms -- small pouches of fat in the space betwixt bra strap and armpit crease. It looks odd in vests. So, no more. I need to lose weight.

I have already started -- I started, two weeks ago, at 11 stone 2 lbs. I had bought a pair of trousers, in my usual size, and they would not fasten. Since then, by being more mindful of the calories I am putting in, I have lost 4lbs. I aim to lose 2 lb a week and have set a target weight of 128.8 pounds, which is 9 stone 2, and which I aim to reach around september this year.

In the next four weeks, I've set myself a programme which involves plenty of aerobic activity and a restricted calorie intake of 1200 to 1500 calories a day for seven days, alternating week one and two. Then, I will stay at 1600 calories until I'm at my target weight.
