It's time!

I am ready to change for good! I am a mother of 3 beautiful children of whom I would do anything for! I have two boys, one is 12 and the other is 15 months, and I have a 4 year old daughter. I have been seeing my health dwindle throughout the past few years and I am only 29!After having my last child, I weighted 205 lbs and at 5'7" I was considered obese. I am ready to change for good! I am a mother of 3 beautiful children of whom I would do anything for! I have two boys, one is 12 and the other is 15 months, and I have a 4 year old daughter. I have been seeing my health dwindle throughout the past few years and I am only 29!After having my last child, I weighted 205 lbs and at 5'7" I was considered obese. I never pictured myself as being obese! I started loosing weght September of 2011 and have lost 30 lbs now. But I feel I have become stuck. I have been teetering between 167 and 175 lbs for the last few months now and I need some encouragement and communication with others who have the same golas in mind and so I joined SparkPeople. My goal is to weigh 135 lbs, so another 40lbs to go! I want to live an athletic, healthy life! I want to rid myself of binge eating that I hide even from my own husband. I want to be an inspiration for my children and live a long life so that I can one day see my grandbabies and even my great grandbabies! I want to live a strong, happy life!

My Goals:
I want to lose weight, live a strong active life for my family, overcome my sugar addiction, and be happy!

My Program:
I am eating 4 to 5 small high protein meals everyday. I am alternating between about 40 mins of cardio and about 40 mins of circuit traing 4 -5 days a week.
