I'm doin' this for me!

I am a 30 year old married mother of 2. I've struggled with my weight since I was 16 yrs old. I lost 62 lbs after my son was born. I felt so good about myself, then I hit a snag and gained about 34 lbs back. I'm ready to do this for me- not to compete with or look good for anyone else. This time it's for me.

Hi Sammie and welcome to SP! Good for you! You are the best person to do this for and so very much worth it as you know. I have found over the past that when I try to lose weight for someone else or because of someone else it never stays off. This time I've slowly taken 24 pounds off since November and they are never going back on, because I'm doing it for me and I feel soooo GOOD! :) I'll be checking to see how you are doing and feel free to stop by my page. kel
