Some incentives that I have promised myself: 137.25: New running shoes. 131.4: A new blender (to make Green Monster's, of course). 125.75: A year subscription to Clean Eating Magazine. 120: New clothes for my new FAB body!
My Program:
+at least 4 days of cardio, 2 days will include ST +practice yoga 1-2 days a week +eating a diet of 1200-1400 calories a day SHORT-TERM GOALS: +drink 64 oz of water a day +track and stay within calories everyday +workout every scheduled day-- NO EXCUSES LONG TERM GOALS: +lose 20-25 lbs by June 2013 +fit in a size 4 +be able to run a 5k without stopping for breaks +get stronger
