A Fresh Start
I lost over 100 lbs on SparkPeople in 2007 and kept it off for about 2 yrs. I didn't really lose anymore, although I still had over 100 lbs more to lose. However, I felt keeping off what I had lost was a success. That was until about a year ago. I began gaining wt until I had gained back 100 lbs. I have now decided to have wt loss surgery. My Goals:
To have weight loss surgery to help me lose the weight for good this time.
My Program:
I am now on a physician supervised diet consisting of 2 protein shakes, one fiber bar and one meal of lean meat and low carb veggies per day. I will be on this for at least 2 more months while waiting for gastric bypass surgery.
Personal Information:
I'm a 54 year old former RN from Texas. Now I make porcelain dolls, sew, do silk ribbon embroidery, sculpt in polymer clay, and paint on canvas. My latest passion is gardening. I am very involved in my Cathoic church and a service group within the church.
