Saw your post on the message board about working out with costochondritis. I have it too...mine is chronic and never quite goes all the way away, so I literally feel your pain. It can be really difficult! I've found that doing the elliptical lightly or the stationary bike is pretty good and doesn't hurt too badly unless I get too intense. I think the breathing hard is what hurts me.
