My Goals are: 1) 8 glasses of water daily 2) exercise more 3) cut back on my sugars 4) more fruits & veggies
1) add at least one fruit or 100% fruit juice daily. 2) eat a bag of frozen veggies for a snack instead of junk food 3) have yogurt & fiber one bars for breakfast 4) go for a morning walk/jog of 1.65 miles M-F
I just turned 21 this year, I work full time at a gas station and taking a break from school. I moved near St.Cloud at the begining of the year. I used to play hocky & equestrian training until I moved to southern MN after I recieved my A.A. Degree. I lived down in Mankato for the last 2 years.
Awesome is my word of the day...everyday.

Also, sorry I never got back to you regarding the sparkbuddy thing, i accidentally deleted the messages in my inbox and couldn't remember your name until I saw it with your picture. I'm probably not the best sparkbuddy for you...my sincerest apologies!
I'm struggling with my fiber too-it's just not something I pay a lot of attention to. i am loving the challenges and hope you are too! Have a great week!!

It is amazing how other's people weight loss success can motivate us, isn't it??!? This month didn't start off so well but I'm moving on and ready to make some much needed changes and LOSE! I just joined a new sparkteam, Challenges for Sparkers with Lots to Lose. They have weekly challenges that focus on nutrition, health and fitness. I didn't do the first week but just started the second week and really like it. Maybe it is something you would like too?? Let me know if you check it out.
