That's when I found Sparkpeople. I learned about the proper way to lose weight as well as the right way to live the rest of my life. I've had quite a few ups and downs since joining SP in January of 2007, but I've learned a lot of important things about myself in the process. While I'm still struggling to make permanent changes in my life, I am still here striving to make each day a little better.

Pull it together. This is a rough time to keep calories under control as it is and adding stress to that will only make you crazy. I've been looking at it as a game. I have a fitness plan this week and next week, 10 extra minutes of cardio everyday and metabolism-boosting yoga. Also no deserts and Carb control. Breathe and geta plan. Love
