Oh and nice to meet you. Whatever you do DONT QUIT QUITTING SMOKING! I smoked for what seemed like forever. I was a true addict and it went beyond cigarettes by the way. But I wanted to tell you that once you quit smoking it will way improve your weight loss and overall health. I tired to lose weight once without quitting smoking because I wasnt losing the weight to be healthy- I was losinig it to look good. So I didnt do anything to improve my overall health. I used to try to go out and jog and I would be so winded agfter barely a minute that I would have to stop. Now I will have 1 year off cogarettes on nov. 7th and I am able to jog 40 minutes without stopping and I am still overweight! its amazing! In fact I was obese when I started jogging but since I had quuit smoking I was still jogging just over 30 minutes at a time. Please you owe it to yourself and your loved ones to take it on. If you get counseling on the gum it really helps. But you have to use it THE RIGHT WAY. I gave someone a pack and they said it didnt work. I said did you read thedirections and they didnt. It helps to get the tips from 1800nobutts. you can even get a thing for free nicotein gum if your insurance participates,. Mine didnt but I found a drug store that sold it cheap enough that even though I live off $760 a month I could afford to quit. I mean how much have we spent on cigarettes.
