Hi, Samantha. Are you still hanging in there and maintaining your goals? So far so good for me; and I feel like I'm making progress, even though I didn't lose anything last week. Are you sticking with your plan of weighing only once a month? I'm looking forward to hearing of your success.

Whether you realize it or not you are making progress because you are pushing forward everyday and you are not quiting....I think one of the hardest things for me was to really get started and stay committed to work towards my goals. And this past March when I finally pushed myself I started with really small goals and 6 months later all of those smaller goals have brought me closer to the bigger goals.....You can do this I am doing good.... But I don't think my brain has caught up with my weight loss Because I still see and feel like that same old person.... I am proud of myself, I have not been this size since I was a teenager But I know once I get to my goal I will always have to remember that this was only the beginning of my journey because the maintenance part will be a life long journey 1590 days ago
