Going to achieve!
I am trying AGAIN to lose 15 to 20 lbs. I know carrying around the extra weight is terrible for me. I have learned a lot in 2012 about what foods to eat and how I like to exercise. I feel I have a full toolbox and I am ready to go! Cheers To a healthy me!
