Change Starts Here
Sometimes I feel ashamed...... I am about to graduate from college with a B.S. in Nutrition, yet I don't have the healthy lifestyle I so passionately preach. After this many years of nutrition education under my belt, it's clearly not that I don't know what to do--it's just time to do it! I'm done feeling ashamed, and out of control. I am here to make the change!
