Starting over again!

So rather than freak myself out with marathon training, at this point I'm need to get back to doing at least 5K, and take it from there. Jillian Michaels is once again my coach and motivator! "Easing" (lol) in with Yoga Meltdown, to Ripped in 30, and so on. Getting ready to have a very active summer!

HI AND HAPPY NEW YEAR! I'm doing fine except for the extra poundage! No excuses....I wanted it, I ate it, but I'm trying hard to get back to the programmed life style. This insanity has got to stop! Haha.....
I'll do it...Just takes a little mind altering.

ABSOLUTELY! LOL. That's our favorite....The swing, tango, waltz. Learning the North Carolina Shag. Picked it up at Fat Harolds in Myrtle Beach last month. I'm not sure we like it as you don't "wiggle" enough. LOL. It's danced mostly with the feet back and forth as if on a diving board. Nahhhh.....don't like it much. lol.
